Discovery & Blueprint
A paid, standalone plan
A workflow map, baseline and measurement plan, proposed implementation scope and cost assumptions. You can use the deliverable with your team or another builder. Its fee is quoted in advance.
Focused implementation
A separately scoped build
One agreed workflow, the required integrations, tested exception handling, documentation and team handoff. The written quote identifies the price and milestones, including whether any prior blueprint fee is credited.
Optional ongoing support
A separate agreement
Maintenance, additional workflows or fractional CMO leadership can be scoped when needed. Fees, term, renewal and cancellation are agreed separately; ongoing work is not included indefinitely in a build.
The full cost
The build fee is only part of the decision.
We estimate relevant AI usage, hosting, software subscriptions, data services and maintenance before a build. Usage-based charges can vary. Your scope identifies which costs you pay directly and what is included in our fee.
What stays with your business
Your data remains yours. Custom code, prompts, configuration and documentation transfer on full payment under the Statement of Work. Accounts and credentials are handled securely during implementation and handoff.
Third-party models and software are licensed services, not assets we can transfer ownership of. Their access, charges and terms continue to apply.

Review the work before expanding it.
Define one workflow, inspect a working version, and test it against agreed acceptance criteria. The build scope states the review milestones and post-handoff support window. A 30-day tuning window can be included explicitly in that scope.
We do not guarantee revenue, churn reduction, rankings or AI citations. Separate delivery acceptance from the business outcome, and measure both.
How does pricing work?
The first Growth Audit conversation is free. Discovery & Blueprint and implementation are paid scopes, quoted in writing before you commit. The quote states deliverables, payment milestones, estimated third-party costs and any optional ongoing work. There is no universal per-agent price.
What does it cost after the build?
AI usage, hosting, software subscriptions, data services and maintenance can create ongoing costs. We estimate the relevant costs in the scope. Optional maintenance and fractional leadership are separate agreements, not included indefinitely in a build fee.
How long does a build take?
The timeline depends on integrations, data access and scope. We agree on milestones and client dependencies in writing. A focused first workflow lets us test the approach before a larger rollout.
Do you guarantee a revenue result?
No. We agree on the baseline, acceptance criteria and measurement plan before the build. Commercial results depend on traffic, customer behavior, data quality and execution. Any included tuning and remedy for a missed delivery requirement are stated in the scope.
