Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit the Agentic Audit form, we collect your name, email address, and company domain. We also collect any information you provide in the audit conversation (business type, growth priorities, company size).

When you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address. We may use Apollo to match it with professional information such as your role and company, and n8n to organize that information for internal business-fit review. An unmatched address does not affect your subscription.

When you book a call, we collect your name, email, company, and any details you share in the booking form.

We use Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs Web Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic and improve the site. Clarity captures behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Sensitive form content is masked, but analytics providers may receive browser, device, interaction, cookie, and request data needed to operate their services. Clarity uses IP-based location. How we use it

  • To deliver your audit report via email
  • To send you the newsletter (only if you subscribed)
  • To follow up after an audit or booking (only with your consent)
  • To improve the site and audit experience

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate our services (Resend for email delivery, Loops for newsletter management, Cal.com for booking, and Apollo and n8n for professional enrichment and internal qualification). Newsletter signup does not automatically enroll you in a separate sales outreach sequence.

Data retention

Audit data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing jake@northsignal.studio.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can withdraw consent for newsletter communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. For all other requests, email jake@northsignal.studio.
