Services

NorthSignal builds custom agentic growth agents for businesses. Each engagement begins with a free Growth Audit Call to determine scope. A separate Statement of Work details deliverables, timeline, and price before any paid work begins.

Services are provided on a flat-fee, one-time basis unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work. There are no recurring retainers. The client owns all deliverables outright upon payment.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom code, prompts, documentation, configurations, and customer memory artifacts built specifically for their engagement. NorthSignal retains the right to use the general knowledge, skills, and methodologies applied during the engagement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes customer data, business processes, financial information, and internal strategies.

Limitation of Liability

NorthSignal provides services on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance metrics. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Free Audit

The free Agentic Audit is provided as a courtesy. It uses AI analysis of your publicly available website content and does not constitute a full business assessment. Results are directional and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

This site is provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the site without notice. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
