I’ll shop your store for a week and tell you which emails never came.

Thanks for stopping by. If you run a Shopify brand on Klaviyo, here’s what I’ll do. I’ll join your list, browse a product, leave a cart and watch my inbox for seven days. Then you get a one-page memo from me.

Check my flows
  1. You send your store’s address. It takes a minute.
  2. I shop your store the way any customer would. No login, no access.
  3. About a week later, you get the memo. What arrived, when, and what never came.

Would you rather talk now? Book a free call

The memo comes here. Nothing else does.
Free. No login, no call needed. If nothing is broken, I’ll tell you that too.

About 1 in 3 abandoned carts
gets no email at all.

Rejoiner checked 1,000 DTC brands in 2025. 32% of abandoned carts never got a reminder.

A few automatic emails earn most of the money. Klaviyo’s 2026 benchmarks show flows are 5.3% of the emails brands send and 41% of their email revenue. The abandoned cart email earns the most, about $6.77 for every person who gets one. A win-back email earns $0.82.

Most flows were built once and left alone. When one breaks, nothing tells you. Sales come in a little lower, and it looks like a slow month.

Your Klaviyo dashboard shows what was sent. Only an inbox shows what actually arrived, which is why I check from the customer’s side.

What I check.

Everything a new shopper would get in their first week with your brand.

Welcome emails

Did they arrive after I signed up? How fast, and how many?

Abandoned cart

Did a reminder come after I left a full cart? How late was it?

Browse abandonment

Did anything follow after I looked at a product and left?

Your signup offer

If your popup promised a code or a guide, did it show up?

Where it lands

Inbox, promotions tab or spam.

How it sounds

Does it read like your brand, or like a template?

The memo ends with the one flow I’d fix first, and why. I read and sign every one myself.

A few things
worth knowing.

Straight answers before you send your store.

Do you need a login to Klaviyo or Shopify?

No. I only see what any shopper sees. Nothing to install, nothing to share.

Will you buy something?

No. Post-purchase and win-back emails need a real order, so the memo marks them “not checked” instead of guessing.

What does it cost?

Nothing. You keep the memo whether or not we ever talk.

Is this a sales pitch?

The memo is the work. At the end I mention a free call once, in case you want help with what I found. That’s it.

What if nothing is broken?

Then I’ll tell you, and you’ll have a dated record that your flows work.

Will my test signup skew your numbers?

I unsubscribe once the memo is sent. One shopper won’t move your reports.

Black Friday is November 27.

A check that starts this week reads out before it. If a flow is broken, you’ll know while there’s still time to fix it.
